It's nice to have laid out options as to what may or may not happen to your car for a repair and given the choice when/if to have it done. There were a couple of things that needed to be looked at again on my car when I came to pick it up but Shawn drove it himself when it was all done and kept asking me to see if my car handled alright once I drove it for a bit.
