Confusing but nice customer service When I first got there, it was really confusing to find the service area. I’m assuming they’re under construction and this confusion is only temporary When I first got there, it was really confusing to find the service area. I’m assuming they’re under construction and this confusion is only temporary but if someone plans on going to get service done soon, be prepared for this. This is the only reason why I only have four stars, other than that it was a great experience. I was surprised by the honk for entry sign, but it is convenient for entrance. The customer service was nice, the wait was not excruciatingly long, and it’s easy to schedule a service online, even only a couple days ahead. More

Warranty Service I had some issues with the seat warmer on the drivers side. It was still under warranty so I took it in. Unclear time estimate The service was wonderful. My only issue was time. On the phone I was told I couldn't get a loaner because it would take less than an hour. When I pu The service was wonderful. When I pulled in, they told me it would be an hour and a half, but I couldn't get a loaner as none were available. I had my one year old with me. In all, it took just over 2 hours.
