Oil Change & More I went in for an oil change as well as some general maintenance on my 2014 CX-9 - I also asked them to check out a noise I was hearing. They did the w I went in for an oil change as well as some general maintenance on my 2014 CX-9 - I also asked them to check out a noise I was hearing. They did the work and called me about the noise. Turns out it was an extended warranty item that Mazda was aware of and they fixed it. I picked up the car and there was a check engine light on. They took it back to check it out. The next day, I picked it up again - check engine light was due to a reset and it was all fixed. As I was driving home, I heard another new noise. I brought it back again - rode with Shawn so he could hear the noise - and once again, I left the car in their hands. They found the issue - resolved it - and I was back to pick it up for the final time. Through this time, they gave me a great loaner to use, kept in touch with me, and very helpful with everything. Even though these things can be inconveniences, I had a car and they fixed all my issues. I had such a great experience and definitely recommend their service team. Thanks to all of the great people at Lou Fusz Mazda Service! More

Tire trouble Lou Fusz service department is awesome. I had a slow leak in my tire, made an appointment on line for the next day. Service Mazda CX-5 for rattle Service was good, Fixed the rattle coming from spoiler free of charge because I just bought the pre owned car the week before. Only negative was that I had to wait longer than I probably should have while they fixed it because the customer service rep didn’t seem to know it was done when it actually was done (as I found out later when I went up and asked).
