Generally good,but extremely poor this visit. Brought my Mazda 3 to this dealer on 7/29/19 with rather loud grinding noise coming from rear brakes. Good service! I had to make an emergency visit after I discovered the clicking noise as I drove was from a large screw embedded in my tire. The Mazda service center took care of the tire while I had a snack in their new waiting area. I was on the road in about an hour, with a cleaned car and a patched tire that didn't cost me much. More

If any service over and above those planned are needed, they will call you to get your approval, too! From Bruce (who retired) to now Shawn and John (both awesome!), my experiences have been excellent. I particularly appreciate the loaner car program and the ease of scheduling service appointments - either online or via phone. If you have a Mazda, strongly consider taking it here for service (even if you did not buy it here). I am currently driving my third new car from Lou Fusz Mazda, and have always been happy with the team and work done! More

Do not use Saturday service Weekday service is great - Saturday service - not enough help - had to wait about 15 minutes in my car in the service entry before anybody approached Weekday service is great - Saturday service - not enough help - had to wait about 15 minutes in my car in the service entry before anybody approached my and told me to go inside to the service writer desk, where there was a line waiting to get written up for service. Usually great service but not this time I have been bringing my Mazda here for years and have never really had a complaint until now. I brought my car in for an oil change and brake service I have been bringing my Mazda here for years and have never really had a complaint until now. I brought my car in for an oil change and brake service along with repairing the arm rest. It took TWO days for these services to be completed and even then I had to call to check on the status of my vehicle myself. When I got there, the arm rest was still not fixed and I was told it only takes a few minutes. I left to get my son and lunch so that gave them an hour to complete the repair. I came back and it still hadn’t been done. I waited another hour and still wasn’t told when it was finished. I just happened to go up to the desk and find out on my own. They forgot to check in the loaner car and they put the wrong mileage on the oils change sticker. Another inconvenience for me to make a trip there again to return the loaner key. I will continue to go here for service but will only deal with Shawn as I have in the past. More
