Overcoming a bad experience I had a very bad experience trying to schedule my recall appointment. I ended up driving out to the service center and talking with Shawn in order to I had a very bad experience trying to schedule my recall appointment. I ended up driving out to the service center and talking with Shawn in order to get the appointment scheduled. Shawn did a great job of diffusing my frustration and making sure I was taken care of when I came for the actual appointment. Will have to see how future appointments go before I can truly give a fair rating. More

Very pleasant and nice , willing to help over and beyond. Carl is helping me as much as he can with my paint. My paint is chipped on my car he is working with with me on getting it fixed.
