Bad experience with software upgrade When I made the appointment, Shawn told me it would take 45 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told it would take 1 hour. Note that I arrived at the scheduled appointment time. After the upgrade, Android auto would not function properly and my trip odometers were set to zero. The tech took the mute off my radio and left it on. My expectation is that the actual time should be close to the initial estimate and that my vehicle be left in the same state (absent the need for repair and the wash) as when I brought it in. More

Kept trying to up charge me I took my Miata into get the hand brakes and clutch fixed. They wanted to replace my brakes and replace my muffler which had passed inspection the pr I took my Miata into get the hand brakes and clutch fixed. They wanted to replace my brakes and replace my muffler which had passed inspection the previous month. They replaced my fly wheel without asking. I took it to a shop who said it was warm but did not need to be replaced. I fixed the hand brake by adjusting one screw. More

They told me three days, I let them have the car for six days, and still had to wait a seventh day for it. Blah blah blah. The work was fine, but I had asked them to look at two more issues - well, that had to be done at the dealership. Then I realized the dealership had NEVER sent me a text or email for reminders for standard maintenance issues on my new CX5. Nothing. I had to then call them, oh sorry, we don't have any of your information. (of course they do - I bought the car from them and they have my email, cell phone, work phone, address, everything about me.
