Washing the vehicle is a waste of time. Water spots make it look worse than when I dropped it off. I was impressed with Kyle Kincaid's very polite, sensitive, and professional attention to us when selling us the Mazda 3, He was patient in explaining to us how different features of the car worked. sensitive, and professional attention to us when selling us the Mazda 3, He was patient in explaining to us how different features of the car worked. The car broke down when the battery went completely dead and had to be towed. Kyle helped in making sure we got a rental car and had the car thoroughly checked out.
