We came to Mazda to just look at some vehicles for a future buy. We meet Norman (salesman) he was very polite and humble. We left in a Mazda 3, 2012, a car that I "thought" We could not afford until the future buy. We meet Norman (salesman) he was very polite and humble. We left in a Mazda 3, 2012, a car that I "thought" We could not afford until the near future. Him and the finance manager, David Hoeflinger, made us a very affordable, very sexy deal and I'm extremely happy we stopped in to have a look. Thank you Norman More
this dealership is the best. I had nothing gut broken promises from other dealers, but not from Karen Gaglio she was the best sales person i have ever dealt with, she was up front with every thing. Evey promises from other dealers, but not from Karen Gaglio she was the best sales person i have ever dealt with, she was up front with every thing. Eveything she said would happen did. She got me into the car of my dreams, just like she said she would. everybody with the exception of the detail boy was really nice. For once i felt like i was part of the fuze family. i will recommend them to everyone i know and i will buy there again. Thanks so much Karen Gaglio your are the best. More
Karen Gaglia was very helpful. She found out details that helped us find the right car. It was wonderful to work with her. I would recommend her to anyone, especially women, but she is great with men, that helped us find the right car. It was wonderful to work with her. I would recommend her to anyone, especially women, but she is great with men, too. Jim Davies found the right car at another dealership and got it for us. It was a great experience. More
My daughter was in a hurry to purchase another car after finishing up her first year in school and needing to start working right away. We were very specific about the type of car we were looking for, havin finishing up her first year in school and needing to start working right away. We were very specific about the type of car we were looking for, having made mistakes on her first car. I have to sincerely thank Karen Gaglio for the entire car buying process with my daughter! Karen never tried to show inventory just to make a sale. Karen offered appropriate advice, and presented us with great options. I absolutely recommend that everyone go to Karen at Lou Fusz Mazda first! when buyng their next car. More
Incredibly bad customer service. Contacted the dealership by email on a Wednesday to inquire about a used Mazda. When I called on Friday to ask about coming in on Saturday to see the vehicle, Ste dealership by email on a Wednesday to inquire about a used Mazda. When I called on Friday to ask about coming in on Saturday to see the vehicle, Steve Winters told me "Oh, Stephanie called you." Um, no, she didn't. Steve assured me "come at 1:45 PM, and we'll have the car up front ready to go for you. Ask for Stephanie."" Saturday arrived, and I got to the dealership at 1:45. The car wasn't up front waiting to go. OK, no big deal. Asked for Stephanie, and they had go hunt her down. Still no huge deal. While I'm waiting for Stephanie, I'm looking around - this place looks like it was built in 1962, and not a dollar has been put into it since. Stephanie arrives, and hands me over to a sales guy - she says he'll take me to the car. OK... only as we go outside, it's apparent (as we wander around the lot) that the guy has no idea where the car actually is. We finally find the car (a convertible) and I immediately see a hole in the roof. All the stitching is rotted out, and it reeks of mildew and mold. And the car was listed for well over blue book value. The sales guy asks to make a copy of my drivers license, and I decline - telling him I'm walking away from this one. He asks "why?" and I point out the hole in the roof, the rotten stitching, and the stench and he says "oh, we didn't know it had a hole." Really. Plus five for moxie, but minus 80 for trying to BS me. Repeatedly. Run, don't walk, away from this dealership. More
Karen Gaglio went absolutely above and beyond!! After being toyed with and low-balled on my trade in from others, Karen got me the absolute best trade-in value for my car (1,500.00 above everyone else), being toyed with and low-balled on my trade in from others, Karen got me the absolute best trade-in value for my car (1,500.00 above everyone else), AND she found me the car of my dreams. She worked with me for over a year searching and assisting me in finding my Subaru. She took care of me every step of the way. Her and Jim made the car buying experience the best that I have EVER found. Low stress and professional. I cannot say enough about how Karen really provided the absolute BEST assistance and how she did more than I ever expected out of the buying experience. She now has a customer for life and anytime that someone mentions they are looking for a new car I ALWAYS refer them to her. More
Rob is a very knowledgeable salesman, and had a "no pressure" attitude when dealing with me. He was with me for 2 hours while we test drove multiple cars until I fell in love with the Mazda 3. It was pressure" attitude when dealing with me. He was with me for 2 hours while we test drove multiple cars until I fell in love with the Mazda 3. It was a very comfortable environment, and I did not get the impression that I was being taken advantage of as you so often hear with car salesmen. It was an overall great experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend buying new/used at the Lou Fusz Mazda location to friends/family. More

A few 1/3/2012 My wife and I purchased a 2012 Mazda 5 earlier this year from Lou Fusz Mazda. At about 15,000 miles the car started handeling rough. A few months ago she hit a bump in the road and bent the rim. This is the first vehicle she has ever bent a rim and she is 41 years old. Turns out we had to get the rim repaired and replace the tire and get a front end alignment. The car still handeled rough. Last month we had the same thing happen all over again. So we paid to get the rim fixed and replace the tire. This time I took it to Larry's tire & Battery in Highland and they explained to me that the reason why the car is handeling rough is because the rear-end has a fixed alignment on the right rear of 2.0 and the left rear of a 1.5. Their is no adjustments that can be made to align this, and i need 3 new tires and a aftermarket kit to make the rear camber adjustable. I explained this to the service manager Glen Goespel and he explained to me that the vehicle is in spec and he is unwilling to do anything about it. I called Mazda help line and recieved the same answer from Jose' and his supervisor Tim. I called the sales manager Jim Davies who pawned me off on to Glen. I hate the vehicle and i have a bad taste in my mouth from Lou Fusz. The reason i bought both of my vehicles from lou fusz was because of the engines for life warrenty I thought i would be protected from things like this. I am under FULL MANUFACTURE WARRENTY and am not getting any help at all! What a joke. Do not buy a Mazda 5 untill you get the rear camber checked out to see if its closer to "0" unlike mine. Also be ready to purchase new tires and rime more often than not. More
