had a very bad experience with service department manager when i took my vehicle in for a problem with the multi-function light switch. the lights were flickering and going out while driving and had to turn when i took my vehicle in for a problem with the multi-function light switch. the lights were flickering and going out while driving and had to turn lights off a couple of times to get them back on. very dangerous issue. received letter letting me know kia had identified an issue and would cover cost of diagnosis and replacement. according to service manager, they could not recreate the issue and would not be able to fix it. even though the letter clearly said the issue was intermittent. trying to get his escalated to get corrected.
