Did not complete the specific software update I came in for. Claimed they had no clue what I was talking about, even though I told them specifically which technical service bulletin to look up that address for. I brought me vehicle in to be serviced today (8/19/23). I decided to drop it off this time instead of wasting my entire Saturday at the dealership. I was promised the vehicle would be ready by 3pm. I was also told that someone would text me when my vehicle was ready, but they did not. I actually had to call them because 4pm hit (mind you my car had been there since 9:15am) and I still hadn't received a text or call about it. When I finally got through to a person, I found out my car was ready and that no one bothered to contact me about it. After picking up my vehicle, I discovered I was charged for rear wiper blade replacement, but the service didn't actually get performed. When I looked at my receipt, it says "ordered" next to the part. If the part was not in stock in the first place, why was I charged for a part and service that was not performed? I do not think it is fair to cheat your customers like that. Over the past 3 years, I have continually had issues with their service department and have been unable to come to a resolution. I will be taking my business elsewhere because it is clear that the service center at Lou Fusz Kia does not care about my time or money. More
