My wife brought her 1 year old Carnival in for a recall and to get an oil change. The service advisor Zachery Lentz recommended unnecessary maintenance services that were not needed on such a new vehicle. and to get an oil change. When I contacted the service manager, I was told these were standard recommendations and that my wife could have declined them. I will be taking our vehicle elsewhere going forward for service to avoid a service team that takes advantage of their unknowing clientele. More
