I had the first oil change on a new Kia that I bought there. It was a fine oil change, but no bargain and it could have just as well been at my local shop instead of 10 miles away at the dealer. The stat there. It was a fine oil change, but no bargain and it could have just as well been at my local shop instead of 10 miles away at the dealer. The state emission test was done but I didn’t get a printout since the machine was working. I was told they would upload the results to the system later. So a couple weeks later I’m renewing my plates and find nothing in the system. I call Lou Fusz and am told there’s nothing they can do without my car. Drive the 10 miles and they’ll fix me up. I say no to that. I pay $24 to my local guy for the emission check and say good bye forever to Lou Fusz Kia. More

This dealership has always taken care of the recall work on our Sorento and I feel very confident in their ability and professionalism. We’ve had a couple of issues with our car - a fan issue on the a/c an on our Sorento and I feel very confident in their ability and professionalism. We’ve had a couple of issues with our car - a fan issue on the a/c and an oil leak. Both were addressed and corrected by this service department as well as the recommended service for the mileage.
