Mike was great! He remembered my wife and myself coming in a month earlier. Was surprised to hear that we had not found a car. He helped us find a new ride and was very patient with us. After we bought our Kia I had to come back a week later to get something small taken care of. Again Mike was there to help me out. He even went as far as to run my car though the car wash after they fixed my issue. Thank you Lou Fusz Kia Tim More

I came in for recall and regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, alignment, etc). I had to return because my tires sounded strange and the running light around the headlight lamp and turn signal ligh tire rotation, alignment, etc). I had to return because my tires sounded strange and the running light around the headlight lamp and turn signal light on the side mirror would now both come on when the brake was applied (yes, it’s true!). When completing the recall work a wire was cut and not fused back correctly and the weights were not put on the tires during alignment. While everyone was very friendly, and they got me back in quickly, I was put off when the service counter rep jokingly stated that I broke my car, try not to break it again, offering no apology of any sort. I get a joke, but I just spent 5 hours of my day returning because of Lou Fusz’ silly screw ups, not to mention the 2 hours to drop off/pick up the first time, and received no apology. More
