Great Service Kevin greeted me as I pulled into the service department. We reviewed the items that were on my list and he said he would call me if there were any Kevin greeted me as I pulled into the service department. Within the hour he called to tell me that one of the repairs was covered by my warranty and they would take care of it without charge and have the car ready for me the next afternoon...and it was ready right on schedule. Extraordinary Customer Service I went to the service center to get a free car wash. I was informed that I was in need of an oil change too (all at no charge). The service technician I went to the service center to get a free car wash. I was informed that I was in need of an oil change too (all at no charge). The service technicians were very personable. They directed me to the customer waiting area. The service would last about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised. It was like walking into to someone's home. The chairs and couches we super comfy, they offered free wifi and the baseball game was on the tv! The time went by so fast because I was comfortable. I will not be stressed about future appointments! Everything was great! More

It is now 2016 and I am getting ready to roll 95,000 miles and Sam (now in the service department), and the rest of the service team, have been extremely nice and helpful over all of these years!
