Car not starting I was having trouble getting my car to start several days in a roll. So I called the dealership and talked to them - sounded like it was my battery, I was having trouble getting my car to start several days in a roll. So I called the dealership and talked to them - sounded like it was my battery, so I talked to the gentleman in the parts department. He was very helpful and told me about the battery they carry for my car and it having a life time warranty. After I got off work I run by the dealer ship and they were very willing to help me with my issue. The gentleman at the service help got me checked in and had the battery replaced in no time. As always very friendly group of guys. Would not go to another dealership - and I live in troy MO. There are a couple of Kia dealers closer to home, but I like the guys at the Lou Fusz Kia. I worked with more then one service guy... Let me add that I called auto zone an was told that a 2 year battery was $120.00, so when Kia told me I could get a lifetime battery for $150.00 that was a no brainer for me. More

And you can't find a more comfortable waiting room with a selection of beverages and nice chairs to relax in while watching TV and waiting for your vehicle. I bring my Kia here all the way from South St. Louis because I prefer not to use the Kia dealership that is closer to my house. I trust Lou Fusz. More

Service Dept- My compliments to everyone in the Lou Fuse service dept. My Kia Cadenza was in for its regular service "check up". It was a wonderful experience. I had to leave the car there for most of the day, so they can service it. Carl was kind enough to shuttle me from the dealership to my home and back.
