After conferring with my local mechanic and putting Kevin on the phone with him, my local mechanic agreed with everything Kevin said and advised me that your proposal was very fair. My good experience then continued with Sam when I picked the vehicle up. He went out of his way to ensure my bill was credited to my Lou Fusz account even to the point of contacting me in the evening to get my account number that he had been unable to find after searching in a number of ways. More

Never fail service I just brought my car in to be serviced. I told Zack Lentz that I was going on a long road trip. In about an hour I had my car back, fully serviced, w I just brought my car in to be serviced. I told Zack Lentz that I was going on a long road trip. In about an hour I had my car back, fully serviced, washed and vaccumed. This is the third time that I have brought my car in for service and every time they have done great work in a timely manor. I left on my trip confident that my car was in shape and there would be no mishaps. First Visit to Handle a Key Fob issue I was promptly greeted in a friendly manner by Andy Stumm. The work was done promptly by Chris Jones and now I feel much more confident that the key fob will work and I won't be sitting in a car waiting for a tow truck because of a bad key. You waiting room was a first time pleasure to me. I have had to wait in service waiting room numerous time but this was actually as a pleasant experience. Free coffee that was change/refilled while I was waiting (never happened before). Clean and a decent TV. Treatment overall was excellent and I got the feeling you really wanted your customers to feel comfortable and for that I was really appreciative. Great Sevice Al Morris More

I had no problems for the first 2 years but last week I got a light on my dash, called Fusz and they were able to get me in the next day. No big deal as it turns out, my gas cap.
