I have been a loyal customer of Lou Fusz for over 10 years, purchasing all my vehicles and having all my body work done through your establishment. During my most recent visit, I was unfortunate enough to encounter an employee named Kristopher Turek. Mr. Turek seemed unable to separate business from personal matters, as he proceeded to harass me and even send me inappropriate photos while my vehicle was in his care. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and has left me extremely dissatisfied with my overall experience. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times. I hope that this incident can be addressed promptly and that measures will be taken to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. More

If you are providing a multipoint inspection free ,you need to make sure the customer gets the report. Also if doing an alignment on the customer's car give him a final readout on the new settings the car need to make sure the customer gets the report.
