I purchased a 2024 Explorer that had a small scratch on the rear passenger door pillar. I dropped the car off on 10-07-24. The repair took a month to complete did not get the car back until 11-8-24. After it was returned I put gas in the car and found scratches on driver side bumper and wheel flares damaged also wires hanging down in rear of my car. I am almost convinced something happened to my car other than the scratch while at the dealer. It looks as if the bumper was removed for a scratch on the door. I made numerous attempts to contact dealer or even service with no response. The only to get a hold of them is to call the new car sales and have them deliver the message. I even tried the text system they sent to me to get updates with very little response if any. I would not recommend Lou Fusz. I have attempted to contact service about the issue with no response again. I guess I don’t count now that the sale is final. More

I've had to drop my car off 3 different times in the month of October and had to pay to get things fixed that I thought the techs should have caught during the inspection of my vehicle when they had it month of October and had to pay to get things fixed that I thought the techs should have caught during the inspection of my vehicle when they had it the first time. They make it clear that there will be a $180 charge for a diagnostics and after me picking up may car the 3rd time, 2 days later, the check engine light is now on! I bring my vehicle to them hopping to keep it up to par and they give it back with issues that they didn't catch when they are inspecting it! I don't understand where the disconnect is! I've reached out to management with no response! More

During my most recent visit, I was unfortunate enough to encounter an employee named Kristopher Turek. Mr. Turek seemed unable to separate business from personal matters, as he proceeded to harass me and even send me inappropriate photos while my vehicle was in his care. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and has left me extremely dissatisfied with my overall experience. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times.
