I thought the service center was good. The most significant differences in Lou Fusz Kia and another Kia service center I have experience with were comprehensiveness of the multi-point che The most significant differences in Lou Fusz Kia and another Kia service center I have experience with were comprehensiveness of the multi-point check and invoicing. At Lou Fusz, multi-point inspection was stated to be done and the invoice was vague. The invoice total actually varied from what I paid. At the other Kia service center, a video of the vehicle check is provided, as well as multi-point checklist, and invoices were more detailed. Overall though, Lou Fusz has good friendly staff and a comfortable customer waiting area. More

I was quite surprised that the dealership is charging a 3% on credit cards. I didn’t learned this until I was paying for the work done. After being rear ended at a red light, dealing with the other insurance company was a nightmare. The collision center handled all of it flawlessly. My vehicle was repaired to pre accident standards, they other insurance company was a nightmare. The collision center handled all of it flawlessly. Overall, Lou Fusz is a good dealership, and they are typically pretty helpful. Sometimes, it feels like there is a lack of communication, especially between the advisors and techs.
