I brought my family to Courtesy Kia a couple of years ago and purchased two vehicles from their lot and later ordered a third; while replacing our Fords. We sat down with a salesman named John Bush and he has become the icon of terrific quality and trust. The process was immense with three people eyeballing him, asking questions, wanting demonstrations, and very vocal about what we wanted and needed. But John never faltered and answered every question we tossed him and made sure the paperwork was finalized for both us (our family) and the front office. After the purchases for my wife and daughter, I decided to go back the following year for myself and would not dare go anywhere else; except straight to John’s desk. Each time, John went over everything and discussed options, taking me back to see a model that had just come in that was being prepared for another customer that helped me decide for sure! What makes a salesperson great is what John is; by listening very carefully to what our daughter was saying about her excitement for her new Niro. John has extensive knowledge about vehicles and pointed out the family friendliness points of the Sportage to my wife. He was so transparent about his desire to really help us acquire the vehicles we really wanted with full honesty. Patient, empathetic, and remaining in touch to ensure we were satisfied with the vehicles, he helped make such a positive decision to buy! We were very honored to have found a salesperson who was not looking for a quick sale but a happy family when we drove away from the lot! Such wealth of knowledge, kindness, patience, and a desire to make the customer happy is why John Bush will always be the Salesman of the Year to us and for our next vehicles to come! Often imitated but shall never be duplicated in any way! Lou Fusz will only benefit substantially with the expertise and corporate knowledge of John Bush! More

With natural leadership, I watched every time how he navigated with exceptional understanding of the diverse mechanical maintenance objectives and business acumen gained only by precise experience; which drives successful outcomes. He communicates with kindness, which drives a quick response from his peers that saves time, effort, and company expenses! Listening to his feedback generates trust that every customer values and coworkers appreciate. Especially when that feedback results in operational efficiencies, precise objectives, team synchronization, and company wealth that is driven by customers having pride in coming back to Lou Fusz!
