All that changed last night when Kris Portnoy sold me my first KIA. The entire experience was over in a matter of days. It started with me searching online for a Red with black trim 2016 KIA Soul. I found that Lou Fuz had one. I sent them an email wanting to know if the car was still there. Within an hour I received an email from Cynthia saying yes they did. Well two things surprised me. It was Sunday and within that hour Cynthia had me setup for a test drive on Tuesday. (It was going to rain on Monday). I arrived at the dealership 1/2 hour early, met Cynthia and then was assigned Kris to start the test drive. I loved the car once I drove it. Now the haggling would start. But no it didn't. I could tell Kris was being truthful with me and did not pressure me into buying the car. I applaud the whole Kia team for the excellent customer service and for staying open past closing time. Within 3 hours I was in my new car. I will definitely tell all my friends and family about this dealership. More
