MY RECENT VIST TO LOU FUSZ KIA I came in to Lou Fusz Kia earlier this month because a front turn signal light went out. The problem was worse than I thought. The driver's side hea I came in to Lou Fusz Kia earlier this month because a front turn signal light went out. The problem was worse than I thought. The driver's side headlamp assembly needed to be replaced. A new assembly had to be ordered, but I got the matter resolved the next day. Meanwhile, the service crew noticed that my windshield wiper blades needed replacing. All in all, a good job was done. More

They've won a customer for life So if you're like me, you have near anxiety attacks at the thought of looking for and buying a car. Pushy salesmen, horrible deals, just ugh. For me So if you're like me, you have near anxiety attacks at the thought of looking for and buying a car. Pushy salesmen, horrible deals, just ugh. For me, buying a car has been right down there with jumping out of a plane without a parachute. But my wife and I needed something more reliable, so off we went. Without a ton of details, let me say it was actually a pleasant experience, if not fun, from the moment we walked in the door. Our sale guy was Charlie Hunolt. We hadn't planned on buying anything, we wanted to test drive a car we were considering and there was no pressure at all. He listened and helped answer questions we had about the car without making us feel like we had to purchase anything that day or even that year. Let me tell you, your mind is so much more clear to evaluate a purchase when you're not playing defense against the sales guy the entire time. After the test, he very casually asked if we wanted them to run some numbers we could take home and look over. I was expecting the typical "Oh boy, this is an amazing deal we're giving you. How's $2,000,000/month with a 112% interest rate sound?" and all the haggling that would ensue. Nope, they gave us 5 different scenarios with different interest rates, different down payment options, even option to roll the sales tax into the monthly payment. Oh my gosh, it was the best. And the best part? They were GOOD deals (we went somewhere else to see what numbers they'd pull and their first offer was 80% higher than Lou Fusz's highest pricing scenario). Look, I won't bore you anymore. If you're not a fan of car buying but are wanting a Kia, go to Lou Fusz Kia and talk to Charlie Hunolt. You won't regret it. If I my next car is another Kia, you can bet I'm heading straight there. More
