I bought a new kia5 had it services they forgot to put all the screws back in the cover of my oil . I just bought my new kia 5 6month ago payed 35,000 dollars for it . This should not happen I was draging it .I just want people to be a ware of it happen when you go to have your new car service. And the oil changed . You should be able to trust them to put everything back. Luke it was . If I have any trouble with my oil or engine. I will be taking it back. I purchased a kia 2026 and realized I have a problem with the oil. They have a law suit against that problem. I bought a brand new KIA with a warranty for piece of mind. This was a big mistake. My 2021 seltos has already had engine replaced this took roughly 3-4 months. Got that fixed and since then my car would mind. This was a big mistake. My 2021 seltos has already had engine replaced this took roughly 3-4 months. Got that fixed and since then my car would die or wouldn’t even start periodically…they couldn’t fix it even with pics and videos that I had until finally I got fed up and took it in there and had them look at it again. They think a cable on my alternator was loose from when they pulled the engine out….. Now the head light is out and can't get an appointment for at least a month and a half just to fix a headlight!!!!! Wonder why the service department is so busy? Maybe if they made decent cars the service department wouldn’t be so busy. It’s been problem after problem with the vehicle that I purchased that was brand spankin new! More
call them on Thursday said I needed a fog light replaced; they told me to bring it in Saturday morning whenever we got there and they would take care of it I was very pleased with your service did not wait l they told me to bring it in Saturday morning whenever we got there and they would take care of it I was very pleased with your service did not wait long , they explained everything to us and they asked if they could take our van for a wash I said yes so they took our van over and got it washed. Unethical service Steered clear of this dealership. I took my 2011 in to get a recall done and exactly two weeks later, my transmission goes out, as well as the gear sh Steered clear of this dealership. I took my 2011 in to get a recall done and exactly two weeks later, my transmission goes out, as well as the gear shaft and some bearings. I had to pay a whopping $3,399.92. Not to emotion they are completely incompetent with their diagnosis of what is wrong with vehicles. The incidents range from one visit, I kept hearing this loud noise when I turned the air on. They said it was the belt. Really? When I turn the air on? So I left there and went to Raben tire and their mechanic said t was the air compressor, which it was. And not to mention, they do not do the 360 point inspection as as advertised.....I caught them on a few different occasions. Especially when three things go out all at one time. The owner is a crook and they have very poor and unethical service. It a shame dealerships can't be turned in for things like this. They take advantage of people at their own expense. More

I had bought a 2014 Kia Sportage from another independent dealer I was told everything was good and that it had been in a minor accident but was fixe I had bought a 2014 Kia Sportage from another independent dealer I was told everything was good and that it had been in a minor accident but was fixed and under warranty when an airbag light came on I took it to my local dealer Evansville Kia they looked at it and informed me of the fact it had been in a major accident and parts was missing and not covered under warranty they didn't even charge me for looking at it even though they spent over an hour on it and hooking it up to their computer I was very thankful they even offered to trade with me even though my vehicle was in the shape it was since it hadn't even bought the car from them I think that sayes a lot about their service I definitely recommend this place More
A one service I came a week early by mistake and they kindly did the service anyway. I was embarressed but they said it was ok.
