I had originally planned on selling my car outright, but I am glad I listened to what they had to offer first. The staff was very friendly and personable, which turned the car buying experience into more of a fun experience among friends as opposed to a business transaction. Great turn out I went in looking to trade a single cab truck that I had only owned for 9 months due to expecting a child this coming year. Worked with Allison who was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Credit wasn't the greatest, and I truly didn't expect to get an approval. As expected, banks wanted large amounts of interest, and even though I didn't have much confidence that the loan could get done, it did. They were not only able to get me approved but they contacted the bank directly and negotiated nearly 4% more off the interest to save me money as well as save me in a monthly payment. I will certainly use this dealer in the future. More

Extremely disappointed Where to begin?! We came in knowing what we wanted. Very easy sale. However, the nightmare started within an hour of walking through the door. No Where to begin?! We came in knowing what we wanted. Very easy sale. However, the nightmare started within an hour of walking through the door. Not only did we have to jump through hoops several times in order to "get the loan to go through" but we were not informed any information on the percentage rate and other information that should have been discussed. Also, the price on the car was a thousand dollars more than what was listed online. We were told that we would receive the online price. We did not receive this price. I had recently purchased a vehicle prior to this from another well known dealership. That dealership did not make me jump through crazy hoops, very informative, did not take advantage of us and so on. The difference between the two dealerships is huge. In fact, our families use lou fusz for work, home and play vehicles. They will now be switching over to the other dealership due to the poor service and nonsense we (and now another family member) had to deal with from lou fusz. That's over 200 vehicles!! Something major needs to change to bring back the quality lou fusz used to offer and no longer does. Extremely disappointed. More
