We absolutely will recommend and have,the Lou Fusz dealership in Ofallon, Mo.. We originally visited the dealership on Friday night and briefly spoke with two salesmen about the Challenger.They were b dealership in Ofallon, Mo.. We originally visited the dealership on Friday night and briefly spoke with two salesmen about the Challenger.They were both very friendly,however my husband was not happy with certain aspects about the car.And left after taking a brief look on the lot.Liked the car but concerned about the cylinder displacement. My husband went home and did some online checking to find that he could get a six cylinder without the mandated displacement. We returned to the dealership on Saturday morning. The salesman that we briefly spoke to Friday night was with a client and suggested that he hand us off to a different salesman as he did not want to rush the customer he was assisting. We then were assisted by Allan Main. Alan was very professional,friendly and provided the information that was needed for my husband to decide to purchase the vehicle. Our original visit on Friday left Mike confused on the displacement system that is part of your product line. However when addressed with Allan , Mike was able to gain clarification and did in fact make the purchase of the vehicle based on Alan's ability to fully explain the vehicle. Mike originally was going to purchase one of the cars on the lot, and Allan was kind enough to work a deal for purchase, only to have to re-present a proposal for the vehicle Mike actually decided on in the show room. I want to say that Allan did not show any frustration even though we took forever . He showed a very pleasant attitude through out and treated us very professionally. He additionally went back and forth based on Mikes request in an attempt to secure the best purchase price available to us. We have actually recommended Allan to several family members whom were at a recent family gathering. They loved the car and Mike told him to check it out at Lou Fusz.The car as we told Allan is Mikes retirement gift after some thirty years of employment.Suffice to say that both my husband as well as our nineteen year old son are enjoying driving the vehicle. Thank you again to Allan for his professional assistance when purchasing as well as his assistance when picking up the car.We understand that he has been in sales with Lou Fusz for many years, and expect that he will be there for years to come. Today, Allan called to speak with my husband to check and see that he was happy with the vehicle, and offered to address any concerns that Mike may have. Mike greatly appreciated the call, and told me it was nice to have a followup call. In all the years we have purchased vehicles, this was the first time we had received a call. Usually we would get a card in the mail, but the call added a much appreciated personal touch . Thank You. Additionally it should be noted that the finance manager was very professional and efficient during the purchase as well.He too addressed any questions, and was very pleasant. My wife and I went to the auto show in St. Louis and looked at everything. We narrowed our search to a BMW, Toyota Avalon, Lincoln MKS and then we discovered the 2011 Chrysler 300C. We then narrowed our search to two dealerships. Midrivers and Lou Fusz. At the first dealership the salesman knew very little about the 300. We then went to Lou Fusz, where we met Merritt Reid. Merritt was way ahead of everyone in product knowledge. Merritt Reid will assist you in any way and made buying the 2011 Chrysler 300C a pleasure, answering questions, advising and assisting in finding any discounts, and making sure eveything is being done to our satisfaction. He introduced me to Greg Marquart, my service advisor, making sure we knew each other and knew about Lou Fusz's programs. I knew from previous experience at Lou Fusz Chevrolet that this was the dealership network to deal with. The 2011 Chrysler 300C is an amazingly great automobile, Lou Fusz Chrysler and Merritt Reid are who you want to buy it through. More

We were in the market for a new car. Merritt was our salesman and he was excellent! He listened to my husband before we came in, knew exactly what we were looking for in the way of car/price and took us salesman and he was excellent! The exact car we wanted was not at this location. However, Merritt worked extra hard to ensure that we found and got the car we wanted. It was by far the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Once we found the car and signed everything, Tony then worked to make sure all the financing was taken care of. Two days later, we came in, got the car, signed on the financing and it was a piece of cake. Tony also worked hard at finding the best rates for us. We absolutely love working with them and highly recommend Lou Fusz Chrysler O Fallon Mo. My husband has always purchased through this dealership and so far we will continue. More

I have been back to the dealership twice since my purchase in March for additional installed options and for a service appointment, and I still feel that I am treated as a valued customer. Everyone, but especially Donna was very caring. My husband has to have an oxygen tank with him and Donna made sure he could get in and out of the car and that his tanks would fit. Liked her alot. The sales person I dealt with (Cynthia Kaiser) was more than helpful. The first time I stopped by the dealership was in January, simply to look with no intention of purchasing. We looked at one Wrangler that they couldn't find the keys for. She literally crawled through the tailgate (only door that was unlocked), over the back seat, and between the front seats to unlock the front doors. All of this, knowing I had no intention of buying that day. Of course, a few months later when I came back looking to buy, she was the one I was looking for. Cynthia was extremely helpful, personable, and realistic. She understood what I was looking for, what I was expecting, and didn't try to sell me a bunch of non-sense. She was realistic about the price, trade-in, margin, etc., and I walked away feeling like we had come to a very fair deal. There were a few imperfections with the Jeep due to it being used and traded in only 2 days prior. They fixed literally every issue I could find (me and three friends looked it over VERY closely) and left it looking like a brand new vehicle. I am extremely happy with all aspects of my purchase and overall experience with this dealership. I would, and will, recommend any friends to look for Cynthia at Lou Fusz in O'fallon.
