Appalling behavior by the general manager My family has bought multiple cars from this dealership over the past 15 years. We have never had an issue except for recently when we brought our car My family has bought multiple cars from this dealership over the past 15 years. We have never had an issue except for recently when we brought our car in for warranty work. Today was by far the worst experience I have ever had, not only with a car dealership, but with any company I have ever worked with. I called to speak with the general manager, Ted Stranz, asking for an explanation as to why we were charged for work we didn't authorize. We brought our car in on a GM recall and found out the car was 3000 miles over the coverage mileage. We were given a pricey estimate and called around and found another dealership who gave us a more reasonable price. Ted the GM spoke with me in a demeaning manor and seemed to have little time or concern with my questions. He told me I wasn't even there and I had no idea what I was talking about before I could even finish my questions. I reminded him that is why I called and I wanted to know who authorized the charges. He went ballistic and told me I was out of line, I didn't have the right to speak with him, and that he didn't have time for this. He continued his rant by telling me I was the problem and to come get my car and my business wasn't wanted or needed. When I arrived 25 minutes later, the girl at the counter pointed to my car that was outside, parked in front of the building AND running, completely unsupervised. Stay far, far away from this boys club. The way I was spoken to was demeaning, degrading and the treatment of my property was disgusting. More

Exceptional Salesman I met Dave Mayer for the first time after several recommendations were made to me about his "no nonsense" approach to selling cars. I discussed with Dave what options I was looking for and my budget. (I had already complied my lists of cars I was interested in and had been to 5 other car dealerships.) He immediately ran off invoices of 3 cars on the lot. I selected the one that fit my criteria and budget. Test drove the car, returned to find Dave ready for any questions. There was no bait and switch, no haggles on price, no running back and forth to the sales manager... Paperwork went smoothly, Dave even set up my Sirrus account and Chevrolet App on my phone. Dave was a professional and he certainly knows his product. We have purchased many Chevrolet cars/trucks over the years and I can't remember a friendlier or more professional salesman. More

Very unhelpful I bought a used truck from theses people. Then figured out later that they sold me a truck with a faulty ignition system and a bad radiator. I have called them and seem to be getting brushed off still. I get it's a used truck but come on.. its a 2012 with 87,000 miles u don't expect this from a lower mileage vehicle. More
