Not Professional at all I bought a vehicle that Lou fusz gmc has worked on. I knew that they pretty much tore the motor down to a short block. What a botch job this vehicle i I bought a vehicle that Lou fusz gmc has worked on. I knew that they pretty much tore the motor down to a short block. What a botch job this vehicle is. All I wanted was info on the engine on what they actually did and they can't even tell me what they did. At first over the phone on 5/5/18 they told me they put any engine in it. I said well I don't think so since there is a short block in the engine bay. I go up there today just to get clarity on what was done. Then they say they can't give me info. Then I guess the service advisor realized which vehicle it was. Then he starts walking away and says i wouldn't rebuild that motor or anything i would stay away from it. Now being i master tech for 35 years i have never heard anyone say the motor isn't rebuildable. Now i can't believe he said this. THEN HE SAID GET OUT! Real professional oh his name is JASON WALTERS. Me personally would never let him take a vehicle of mine in for service. Then I ask for the manager, so they bring out the service manager TOM TREIBER. He tells me he won't give me any Info on this vehicle and he will need the request in writing to give to their lawyer. Are you kidding me I just wanted to know what they did to the engine so i can fix this SUV. BUYER BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I will update this post and take pics because this is ridiculous why would you be scared of a mechanic to actually tell him what you did. I'm getting paperwork from the owner of what they did. Since I have to year into the engine I will get to the bottom of what the SERVICE DEPARTMENT is trying to hide. More

Received a call when the service was complete returned to the service drive where I was greeted and directed to the cashier to settlle payment.
