I bought a used car from the dealership, and after 6 weeks of driving, I heard the noise from my car, so I sent my car to Lou Fusz Mazda and took the inspection. The staff from the service center gave m weeks of driving, I heard the noise from my car, so I sent my car to Lou Fusz Mazda and took the inspection. The staff from the service center gave me the report and recommended I repair the brake rotors and pads, engine air filter, and cabin air filter immediately, which would take about 1000 dollars. So I contacted Lou fusz Buick and tried to ask whether they could help me deal with the problem or give me discount, and I can take the cost which I should pay for. At first, I was given a phone number whose staff told me they would give me a response later, and I didn't receive any response. After that, the dealer helped me inspect Lou Fusz Buick's service center. The staff told me I don't need to change the brake rotors and pads for now, which is contradictory to the team from Lou Fusz Mazda. I know it's an "as is" car, but I don't know why they said the brake rotors and pads do not need to change while there's a different suggestion with another service center. I must say I appreciate the salesperson's help, but I am super upset with their after-service. More
