My wife purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion ,we were told to bring the car back in to fix a sensor for the hood closing and also a rear brake lens upon the purchase of the car Now no one wants to honor the mi bring the car back in to fix a sensor for the hood closing and also a rear brake lens upon the purchase of the car Now no one wants to honor the minor repairs that were promised We brought the car in for service and the hood sensor is still indicating the hood is open when its actually closed, then we encounter a device that operates the shifter is either defective or broken and were charged for this repair, upon my Wife picking the car up thinking the issue was resolve ,now the car won't shift into reverse after they had the car for 3 days to do the repairs ,this issue has caused a great inconvenience and I will like to talk to a manager regarding compensation and satisfaction on our purchase! I sincerely thought that we were in good hands and now I'm deeply discouraged in the service aftermath, I cannot rate them in good standing until the issues are corrected just as you want your money for the car purchase More
