DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE AND THEY LIE !!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN HAVING MY CAR SERVICED THEIR SINCE I BOUGHT IT AN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE AND THEY LIE !!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN HAVING MY CAR SERVICED THEIR SINCE I BOUGHT IT AND EVERYTIME IT IS A PROBLEM. AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY OUT AND OUT LIED TO ME. AFTER SITTING THERE AND HOUR AND 20 MINUTES AFTER I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 45 MINUTES TO DO AN OIL CHANGE..THEY STILL HAD NOT EVEN TAKEN IT BACK. I TOOK MY CAR AND LEFT,...I TOLD THE SERVICE MANAGER I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE !!! THIS PRIOR EXPERIENCE I PAID 150.00 TO HAVE THIS AMAZING DETAIL JOB DONE AND I COULD HAVE GONE TO ONE OF THESE DRIVE THRU PLACES FOR $10 AND GOTTEN A BETTER JOB !!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN !!!! More

I had to find a new place to service my Mazda Miata and took a chance with this dealership. Thank goodness I made this decision because it was a great experience. When I arrived and introduced myself to Loni, she immediately knew my last name and rattled off all of the needs I had and proceeded to get the ball rolling. I am very pleased, also really appreciated the car shuttle with the friendly drivers. Cannot say enough about how well I was treated by Loni and everyone else.
