Filled out an application online. Received a response that said I was approved. Went to the dealership, met with MD. He had me fill out a credit app, I asked why I needed to do so since I filled out the that said I was approved. Went to the dealership, met with MD. Long story short, it was late, the banks were closing, so he couldn't do anything that night and said he'd follow up in the morning. Numerous days passed and finally I followed up with him. He apologized and said he's been busy. He told me that I was approved, but he was just waiting for a good vehicle (used) to come in to put me in and he'd call back in a few days. It's now been nearly three weeks and I haven't heard a peep out of him. This dealership is shady and unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone. More
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!, THEY CLAIM TO BE A SERIUOS AND PROFESIONAL, THEY ARE A TOTAL JOKE. I BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM THEM FROM OUT OF STATE, THE VEHICLE ARRIVED WITH A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, THE SERIUOS AND PROFESIONAL, THEY ARE A TOTAL JOKE. I BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM THEM FROM OUT OF STATE, THE VEHICLE ARRIVED WITH A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, THEY SAID IT WASNT ON WHEN VEHICLE LEFT THE DEALER SO I TOOK IT TO A LOCAL SERVICE SHOP TO FIND OUT THE VEHICLE WAS NEVER INSPECTED. IT TOOK A COMPLETE TUNE UP AND $500+ TO FIX IT, THE SALESMAN WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER TWO WEEKS TO GET THE TITLE SO NOT ONLY THEY SOLD ME A UNOPERATIVE VEHICLE THEY HAVEN'T TAKE THE TIME TO SEND THE TITLE. NOW IM SITTING DOWN HERE FRUSTRATED FOR TRUSTING THIS PEOPLE THAT OBVIUOSLY DON'T CARE. I'M CONTACTING BBB. More
Avoid this dealership at all costs. I understand that not all customers are happy all the time, but they tried to con my 80 plus year old mother. When I called them on it they still found a way to try to mak all customers are happy all the time, but they tried to con my 80 plus year old mother. Bought car Dec 20th, still waiting for mats to be delivered and when I call which I just did on Mar 7th they say I will check and get right back to you which they never do. This is not the first time I bought a new car but can tell you this is the first time I NEVER got a follow up call to see how everything was because once you leave their grounds they couldn't care less, but they keep telling you when you get the survey give them 100% why should we do that when they certainly do not give their all to the customer. We found a vehicle online and noted that it was a few dollars below what we had previously found in our extensive search of this particular vehicle (for good reason....see below). So we called the dealership and told them we would be traveling over two hours to visit the dealership and test drive the car. When we got there, the salesperson was pleasant, a tad arrogant, but somewhat pleasant. We test drove the car , liking the product and price. When we sat down to talk price, The fees started flying out of the woodwork. $800 for a certification fee, $800 for an accessory fee, $200 for a documentation fee and then after stating we weren't putting any money down, the quote had us paying $1000 out of pocket. And the price wasstill way out of our price range. TOTAL MISREPRESENTAION!!!! Just a goold ol case of bait and switch to get you on the lot. The salesman became visibly agitated with us and stuck out his hand arrogantly wanted us out. I have looked at vehicles at many other dealerships and received calls after the visit thanking me for coming in, nothing from this clown. I would suggest anyone thinking of buying a car from Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet to STAY AWAY!!!! More
Bought a vehicle that was promised to be fixed in paperwork, and was not fixed and was recommended to go to another shop to have it fixed because they could not fix it. The after market wheels were unbalanced and could not be fixed by the dealership even though they told me they could fix them, but encouraged me to make a service appointment at another time but to take the car home the same day. I stated I would pick up when ready. More
Spoke over the phone and over email prior to taking the 2 hr trip down. Was quoted a price and said, "I will be there Sat with a deposit." When I get there, I sit around for over an hour and they come back $2500 more. My trade-in lost $1000 in 3 days...then they told me to go to Carmax because they would cut me a check. They had about 10 salesmen standing around doing nothing. They refused to even deal. I wonder why the manufacturers are losing their ass, the dealers refuse to deal. They wound up sending the car to auction, where I bet they were losing $3k off the price I was willing to pay. More
