Firstly wouldn't take me seriously then lied to me. The salesman was rude and didn't want me to test drive the car. When I finally agreed to buy the car (I paid full price due to the type of car) I aske The salesman was rude and didn't want me to test drive the car. When I finally agreed to buy the car (I paid full price due to the type of car) I asked to be finance with my current finance company. They insisted many time they were financing with that company, all lies. Now I am having to deal with a different, and very bad finance company, THEY chose down in Fort Lauderdale. STAY AWAY, with dealers like this no wonder Checy needed bail outs!!!! More

I took my trailblazer in to get the air conditioner fixed. They charged me $40 for a quote of over $1700 to fix it. I decided to get a second opinion. The next service tested it twice and found it was fixed. They charged me $40 for a quote of over $1700 to fix it. I decided to get a second opinion. The next service tested it twice and found it was a $6 part. With labor it was around $100. I went back to Bachrodt to complain with my receipt and the treated me like it was my fault. Never deal with them -- I will never again More
finding this vehicle on the internet, i called the dealership to see if it (and like others) were in stock. when i found that it was, i started the 3.5 hour drive to get there. once there and picked o dealership to see if it (and like others) were in stock. when i found that it was, i started the 3.5 hour drive to get there. once there and picked out the one i wanted to buy- found the listed internet price was over $10,000 less than what they would actually sell me the car for. i qualified for almost every discount, except on the secret sheet that the manager brought out to show me. have purchased many new vehicles before, never have had this happen. bought in my 2011 Traverse in at 8 am for a oil change. bought in my 2011 Traverse in at 8 am for a oil change. It took about 30 min to get the information through your reps on the computer, first I was in bought in my 2011 Traverse in at 8 am for a oil change. It took about 30 min to get the information through your reps on the computer, first I was in one office and then they sent me to another office and he messed with the computer for a while. He tell me its going to take about 90 min since I am waiting for the car. He also tells me I need a air conditioner filter. I said ok to $59 ,strange to me that the car only has 12000 miles. I am curious to know why this is not a scheduled replacement in your owners manual. The time it took him, I could of had my oil changed at a quick oil change franchise.(where I will go in the future) The car finally gets in . Its now 12 pm and do not see my car, I then ask the Service Rep that handled me and he says "your car was ready a while ago,the porter said he gave you a ride home" No one took me home since I told him that I was waiting for the car. Another one: After he tells me my car is ready ,he tells me that my brake fluid needs changing. I tell him ,I cant believe that a car with 12000 miles needs replacement of brake fluid. Again trying to nickel and dime me. It is very obvious to me that your Service reps. are working on commission and are trying to pad up the bill. Everybody in the waiting had the same opinion. More
