She was so nice however she informed us that the car would not be available until the next day at 2pm. That’s not what we agreed on. When Hector came to speak to us there was no apology, he instead told us we were wrong and that’s not how it works there. Hector was extremely unprofessional and didn’t even try to sell us a different option. He also stood in front of our car talking to someone when we were trying to leave. More
We made an appointment to see a specific vehicle at the dealership. We drove over an hour to get there only to learn that the vehicle was offsite and that the only way we could see it was to negotiate the dealership. We drove over an hour to get there only to learn that the vehicle was offsite and that the only way we could see it was to negotiate the terms to purchase the vehicle. Then and only then would they make arrangements to let us see the vehicle. This is unbelievable! I will never waste my time with this dealership again! More

Started good, went downhill quickly We bought a 2020 Silverado Duramax from the dealership. At first everything was good. Price was good, financing was good, sales manager seemed nice. We bought a 2020 Silverado Duramax from the dealership. At first everything was good. Price was good, financing was good, sales manager seemed nice. They said we would have the vehicle in a few days since it was still on the boat, but they wanted to pick up my trade immediately. (???) When they picked up my trade they brought paperwork for us to sign, that was mostly blank. Odometer statement and title work etc. all blank and expected our signatures. Grudgingly we filled in where we thought we could to legally protect ourselves including the 6 year 100k warrenty that was one of the only things filled in at 60k!!! We changed it to the agreed upon 100k and initialed it. They have not provided us with a corrected contract. BTW; Sales manager complained (whined more like it) about the condition of the trade. There were two small scratches down the side he later called "more like side swiped". We sent pictures of it before we started the deal and his person that picked it up had every opportunity to inspect it. Do your job! We were told the paperwork would arrive with the vehicle. It took more than a few days to get the truck, over a week. Not a huge deal, we are reasonable people, but when it did arrive no copies of our paperwork. Over the next month we called, emailed and texted to try to get our paperwork. We have two promises from the sales manager to mail it but nothing. So we had been waiting on the paperwork to do the Chevy Customer Satisfaction Survey, but since it never arrived we took the survey. We mentioned the long wait for the vehicle, lightly, and the seriousness of not providing paperwork. We were in fact very dissatisfied because of the paperwork. The next day the sales manager calls and chews out my wife for giving a bad review and hangs up on her. I called the General Manager Howard and left numerous messages for him over two weeks wanting to allow him to address the paperwork issue and his employees conduct. To be fair, I believe I had one voicemail from him from my first call, that I immediately returned, but never heard from him again. So we had no choice but to send a demand letter for our paperwork. Almost two months after buying the car we got our paperwork. Turns out they sold us a prepaid service contact that can only be redeemed at their dealership 3 hours and 28 minutes away!!! We lost our ability to cancel the Gap or Warranty as it was greater than 30 days and multiple other surprises once they filled in the paperwork. SUMMATION: Decent deal. Failed on delivering the vehicle in time. Provided BLANK paperwork for us to sign!!! Refused to provide completed paperwork for almost 2 months. Added items we did not agree to. Sales manager called and chewed out my wife and hung up on her when we wrote an honest review. General manager refused to discuss this with us and we are forced to to pay an attorney to get our concerns addressed. Now that we have the paperwork, we are heading back to the attorney. No wonder they wouldn't send it... More
In the past 40 years, I have really gone back to the same dealership that I purchased my car from- in order to get service. Lou Bachrodt Dealership gave me a free visit- so of course I went back. IM SO G dealership that I purchased my car from- in order to get service. Lou Bachrodt Dealership gave me a free visit- so of course I went back. IM SO GLAD I DID! Alex in Service treated me like I was royalty. They changed my oil, rotated tires, even ran the car through the wash. They fixed a minor item that was driving me crazy. With Alex’s kind spirit- I wanted to maximize this visit! So then Alex -so kindly- Took a few minutes to show me how to work many of the dashboard electronics that I was unaware of! I’m so grateful. Also- it seems that Thursday’s are a very good day to go! More

Advertised Price Not honored Went to purchase a Mini Countryman advertised at $15963 with a dealer fee. I called prior to driving to Pompano and spoke with Ryan on the phone. Af Went to purchase a Mini Countryman advertised at $15963 with a dealer fee. I called prior to driving to Pompano and spoke with Ryan on the phone. After driving the we decided to proceed with the purchase. They wrote it up adding an additional $2200 fee. We said we would not pay it, so Ira said he had to talk to his finance manager Alex.He came out to tell us we HAD to purchase an extended warranty and GAP insurance which added up to $2200, we again refused. The car had a 3 yr remaining warranty, and we did not need GAP insurance. They told us we had to not only finance with them, but they would add $3000 to the price if we did NOT have a trade in. Obviously they had no intention of selling the car for the advertised price. I will be contacting the BBB, this dealership is the lowest of the low! I also called Ryan to complain, and though he said he would call me right back...I have heard nothing. Kathy and John E More
