Embellished what was wrong with my car & came up with $7,000 worth of repairs in an attempt to get me to buy a new car & even offered to give me his employee discount on the new car! Wonder if management knows about that game? Apparently so, he no longer works there. The service wait area is almost non-existent. Two crappy chairs and you gotta listen to the guy in the one end office yell at everyone because he doesn't want to get up & talk civilly at their station. BROTHER!... I never got a straight answer as to why my car cut off on me & had to be towed to their location. They couldn't tell me if the oil had been changed. The car was returned dirty with the car mat still upside down. I'll never return to this dealer and will NEVER recommend it to anyone EVER! More
