Great people and staff in November of 2019 I went in looking for a used car and after a bit of haggling I walked out feeling great about my purchase and experience, well two in November of 2019 I went in looking for a used car and after a bit of haggling I walked out feeling great about my purchase and experience, well two months later my car got involved with a hit and run and totaled. I walked in to speak with Billy Janetvilay (F&I Manager) about some paperwork I needed for the file claim and after speaking for a bit he then took me to the sales manager Kenny Gillard who looked at the inventory and directed me to a car. The sales associate Bryant Resor listened to what was my situation and lead me along. He even drove me to the rental place to return my car. Long story short is that these three gentlemen went out of their way to make sure I was very satisfied with everything and anything.. They treated as a person instead of a commission. I highly recommend theses three for your needs. More

Nothing like getting ready to leave ***BUYER BEWARE*** I bought a vehicle from Lou Bachrodt one month ago, only to find out it has a leak in the roof! Nothing like getting ready to leave for work and sitting in a wet seat! Yes, used vehicles are sold “as is” in most cases but you are told how “thoroughly” an inspection of the vehicle was completed and each vehicle is sold in exceptional condition. No issues, clean carfax! Well, not so much!! Their “inspection” of the vehicle was negligent, nonexistent or just simply ignored. They refuse to help solve the problem and just told me to take it to a dealership of the make of the vehicle. Not our problem... Luckily, I purchased an extended warranty...sadly, water leaking into the vehicle externally is not covered on most warranties....so now I’m paying $$$ out of pocket for a car I bought a month ago. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY AWAY FROM LOU BACHRODT CHEVROLET!!! More
Buyer Beware Like most of the reviews here, I had a "Certified Final Price Certificate" only to find that that I needed to have a trade-in and finance with them in Like most of the reviews here, I had a "Certified Final Price Certificate" only to find that that I needed to have a trade-in and finance with them in order to have them honor that price. The price without the trade-in would be inflated by over $3,000. What a waste of time!!! More
Stay away! I have contacted this company multiple times via email, online chat and text messages inquiring about a vehicle price plus additional fees. No respon I have contacted this company multiple times via email, online chat and text messages inquiring about a vehicle price plus additional fees. No response, the company completely ignored my questions while sending tons of spam. What can I say? The business employs very shady practices, lists attractively priced cars but not disclosing additional fees which could easily amount to few thousand dollars. The same day I've contacted this dealer the car's price had been increased by more than $1,400. What a coincidence! When I have checked this dealer reviews on Car Gurus I've noticed that other users report similar issues: the dealer is hiding additional fees, does a car bait and switch, when customer comes to the dealership lying about car being sold although it's still listed on the dealer's web site. More
The advertised prices don’t matter. I was told the prices advertised were just to get me in but then they have to add all of the fees on top of it, which made the car $4,000 more than advertised. Bait and switch I wish that I had read the reviews after waisting 3 hours at this dealership. Advertised a Nissan Rogue for $12,200. He returned a few minutes later to say the car was sold 10 minutes ago but they had another one for $3000 more. If you can’t lie better than that, you might as well tell the truth. More
