Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever had the unfortunate experience of having to use. The salesman Emri is so unprofessional and so unbelievably rude and insulting. The general manager Lester was absolutely horrible. He was decent to me on the phone but that’s because they completely lied about a price that was literally on their website while I was talking with them and As we were talking the price changed so yes they then did honor it because how could you not? My husband and my 22-year-old son went down there and he basically was yelling at them and when my husband turned around and asked why do you feel the need to be so loud and rude he said that’s just the way I talk I’m Cuban! They treat people as if they are garbage when realistically it’s them who are garbage. Joe was very nice and the gentleman in finance was very nice but that’s about it. So unless you have your heart set on a car do your best to avoid going to this place it will not be a good experience More

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!! False advertising on the website price and condescending salesperson! I confirmed ahead of time with the "Internet Manager" that the price on their website was negotiable multiple times via email, and I spoke with her on the phone before making the 2 hour drive to see the car. After we got there, the salesperson we encountered dismissed the person we spoke with and said the prices are "rock-bottom" and cannot be negotiated. He was very condescending towards us, explained to us how he was working on a commission, and rudely telling us that we're lucky that the price is so low. He proceeded to tell us that they usually charge a ton of dealer fees and that, due to the pandemic, they will be waiving some of them. My wife tried telling him that when we initially contacted them we made it clear that we were looking to spend within a specific budget to which they agreed to negotiate on the price. Nope, not this guy. He continued to insist that we need to "get past that, move forward, and take a look at the car". We walked out of that dealership to never return. We should have read all the negative reviews on this dealership before even thinking about dealing with them. Sounds like a bunch of shysters looking to scam you into lining their pockets. Don't make the same mistake we did!! Look somewhere else More

Because I am an idiot and like to believe people are honest, I did not review the final contract like I should have; I was tired and it was late. However, it's what happened and they do it every day. Take my lesson as yours if you dare go there. Mine was a bad deal. If my review helps one person not to get taken for $4,700 then I guess it's better than nothing. So, if you go then make sure you review EVERY charge. They are not your friends. We go out and buy a car once every few years while they sell cars every day- remember that. More

The Sales experience was fine. Everyone was helpful and I walked out with the vehicle I wanted. However that’s where it stopped. When they detailed my vehicle they missed several spots on the interior. Also walked out with the vehicle I wanted. However that’s where it stopped. When they detailed my vehicle they missed several spots on the interior. Also they never tightened the hubcap on my car and I lost one on the highway. They are refusing to help me replace the hubcap so now I will have to go spend more money on my new to me car. So be warned they are great until you walk off the lot. Attention to detail seems to be lacking here. More

Like several of previous posts by people, we went to the dealership to look at a used car. We found out very quickly that the price they have advertised on Auto Trader was not real! They were expecting to g dealership to look at a used car. We found out very quickly that the price they have advertised on Auto Trader was not real! They were expecting to get almost 10k more for the same car. These additional fees were not disclosed on AutoTrader and manager was quick to blame them. But it is actuality dealership’s responsibility to make sure they have the correct price! This is called “baiting”! The manager knew about it and said that owner likes to post his cars certain way on the internet! This is a bad practice! I wish a read all the reviews before I drove 45 min to go and talk to these guys. I can not recommend doing business with them. More
