Worst unprofessional experience trying to trade a truck ever. Totally low-balled the value of the trade and lied to justify it. I came in with my husband to see a vehicle that he had called ahead to ask about. I was not greeted by anyone for up to 15 minutes. After my husband sought out 2 representatives, we were brought to an off called ahead to ask about. I was not greeted by anyone for up to 15 minutes. He came back and said the car had been sold and told us several times that we should’ve called....even though we did. There was no apology for ignoring us or any offer to help us find a comparable vehicle. Overall, it was a very unhelpful, discourteous, and unprofessional experience. More
