Recall i went in for a recall part. It was busy but when it was my turn no hello, hi, or how are you today. I stood there and when he got done, he didn't tel i went in for a recall part. After 2 hours or more I went down there and they said it was done. If I didn't go down there I don't know how much longer I would of waited. He said sign here for the paper work and under his breath said thank- you. Next time I will go to Belvedere to get my work done. I was going to but I thought this was closer. I won't do that mistake again. More

A prompt return call Steve Dreesen, the service manager, understands precisely what a BMW customer (and any customer, for that matter) wants: 1. A prompt return call if he is not immediately available; 2. An effort to schedule the car for service as quickly as possible, under the circumstances; 3. Courteous staff; 4. A clear description of what is recommended / needed; 5. A good estimate of the likely cost; and 6. High quality, detail-oriented work on the car. The cost to properly maintain a BMW is not insubstantial. However, when the accompanying service is outstanding, as it is at Bachrodt BMW, a customer readily accepts this as the cost of owning and properly maintaining a precision machine. Steve Dreesen is a consummate professional who exemplifies the concept of customer service. He should be applauded, and promoted as appropriate. And then she takes action, allowing the customer to relax in the guest lounge or, if the appointment is going to take longer, to go about the customer's own routine, returning when the work is completed on the automobile. And Courtney is not afraid to stand up for the customer, inserting herself between the customer and the mechanics in making certain the problem is corrected the first time around. I like that! And I am glad to have Courtney as my Volkswagen service writer at the Bachrodt Auto Mall. More

One thing that's been bothering me lately is the amount of sales calls I receive to trade in my car when I've already spoken with reps to say I'm not interested. We're upside down on our loan so it wouldn't make sense. Perhaps better record keeping would help? More
