My apologies for the confusion. We do match other dealerships' pricing, however, we can't match every coupon. Our costs for GM parts is much more expensive than the price lube chains pay for the materials. Our Bachrodt Care price is a package that covers 3 oil changes, cars washes, and tire rotations. Sounds like you have a few freebies coming your way. This absolutely should have been communicated with you more clearly. I encourage you to reach out to me directly to review your invoice.
