They were able to get my car in right away to evaluate the problem with my radio and order the part quickly. They were able to work with my schedule once the part was in and repair my car quickly. My car was taken there for warranty work on a damaged trunk, They initially stated they would perform the work, then after they had repaired it unsuccessfully 3 times they said that it is not covered by trunk, They initially stated they would perform the work, then after they had repaired it unsuccessfully 3 times they said that it is not covered by warranty and they performed all of this as good will work. My trunk has chipped pain where it meets the bumper, it will rust. Terrible costumer service, Bill is the service manager, he has yet to get involved and try to rectify the problem. Tom is a rep there and he is actually willing to try to work with you, and gets stuck in the middle of the bad situation. Poor service and do not stand behind their word, product or workmanship. The problem stems from the bumper and trunk being misaligned, so the trunk rubs on the bumper leaving marks on both. There was a large groove on my bumper and the paint was gone on the trunk where the rubbing was happening and the metal also damaged. I bring my car in and they agree to perform the warranty work. They state that they adjusted my trunk and did nothing about the damage that had been caused. Attempt 2 they put touch up pain on my trunk that does not match the color of my vehicle. within 1 week all of the touch up pain is worn off because the issue had not been fixed. Attempt 3 they did fix the marks on the bumper they ground down one side of my trunk so it is no longer symetrical, and did use matching paint. During this last repair they gave me a rental care for the 8 days they were working on my car, as is costumary for warranty work. When there were percieved issues with the work, I was told that this was not warranty work, and they are no longer willing to work on my vehicle. Now 2 weeks after my repair, I am forced to deal with GM corporate costumer service, the same area on both my bumper and trunk are wearing again. The paint on my trunk is wearing and leaving exposed metal again, all after the allignment is "fixed" and they even took the next step and ground down my trunk with out my consent, and the trunk and bumper are still wearing and some how it is not warranty work because there is something I am doing that is causing this damage. My car is 2 year old and was purchased brand new. What is the point of paying extra money for a new vehicle if the warranty is no good? More
Courtney was very efficient and kind. She does a great job with the customers. I will continue to work with her in the future. I have taken my other vehicle into this dealership and Courtney has assis job with the customers. I will continue to work with her in the future. She also is checking with me to see if my extended warrenty will repair a small tear in the drivers seat of my vehicle. I consider this going beyond the normal call of duty. More
I took my car in because it was shaking and the steering wheel seemed to be difficult to control. Caurtney Karau approached me upon arrival and was very pleasant. I needed to get the oil changed on my Saturn Aura. Upon arriving Courtney greeted me and was very friendly and explained that the oil change would be free of charge. I had to bring my Chevy Venture in to their service area 9 times in an 8 month period to have the same/related problem fixed. Twice they misplaced my vehicle on the lot. They lost reservations to have the vehicle worked. When I brought my concerns to the service advisor he didn't seem to care about me or my issues. It wasn't until the GM was involved that my vehicle was finally fixed. Lou Bachrodt Automall's service department sucks. I had to take my 2005 Chevy Silverado in there yesterday to have warranty work done. I now have to take it back today as they messed up the door while fixing the other issue. More
