I had been looking to purchase either a new or used VW Tiguan. After looking at used, and getting pricing, I decided to run over and see what Lou Bachrodt had for sale that were new. Lionel was extremel Tiguan. After looking at used, and getting pricing, I decided to run over and see what Lou Bachrodt had for sale that were new. Lionel was extremely professional, polite and efficient. I ended up trading in my current car and purchasing from Lionel. He made the process quick and painless. My experience with car dealers has not always been positive, but he was superb. THe other staff we dealt with were also extremely helpful and not pushy. This is our second vehicle purchased with Lou Bachrodt and I would not hesitate to purchase here again! More

We had an appointment set up but when we arrived to test drive the car no one knew about us coming so we wound up test driving the car on our own. We did purchase the car outright, but noticed the tires wer drive the car no one knew about us coming so we wound up test driving the car on our own. We did purchase the car outright, but noticed the tires were all bald and asked if they could be replaced (we weren't even sure they'd make it to a tire shop). They would not. When we went to get the tires fixed the mechanic wouldn't change all 4 because the front tire had a broken stud, which he said could be dangerous to drive on and could cause the bearings to wear down. So right after purchasing the car we had to pay for 4 new tires, a wheel stud, and it turns out the bearings needed to be fixed. We understand when purchasing a used car there may be some issues but a dealership letting people test drive a potentially dangerous car and not mentioning the needed repairs or risks is disappointing. The salesman was nice and knew his job but I would have appreciated more honesty and care from the dealership. More
