We went shopping at Lou Bachrodt for our dream car. Found one we liked, took it out for a test drive and went inside and filled out the required paperwork...all on a Saturday. Monday we get a call from Scott Henneberry requesting verificaion of financial items. Faxed all required paperwork Monday morning, called Tuesday morning to find out if they received the requested items, left a voicemail and now here it it wnesday night and we haven't heard from anyone. I think they should have enough respect and courtesy to return calls and let prospective buyers know what the heck is going on!!! More

I have taken our vehicles several times to the service dept and i have always dealt with Courtney Karau and she is very friendly and always professional. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Took days to buy our used VW, paperwork was never ready when we asked it to be (after all the details were worked out and we agreed on the purchase), they had to bring us the pape paperwork was never ready when we asked it to be (after all the details were worked out and we agreed on the purchase), they had to bring us the paperwork to sign in WI afer 3 days of not having stuff ready. Car was supposdly detailed although we found trash in the seat backs, stains and marks on the plastic around the interior. Maybe if we were buying a Corvette or a BMW we would have had better service but we bought a used VW so I guess it's not important to them. I would never send anyone to them to buy a car! Save yourself a lot of frustrations and go elsewhere! More

We were looking for a used SUV when we drove onto the lot. The first person we encountered was SL Purvis. He greeted us with a friendly hello and asked how he could help. We looked at a 2009 Chevy Traverse but ended up purchasing a 2011 model Traverse instead. Both SL and Mike listened to what we were looking for and at no time did they pressure us or try to steer us to a differenct vehicle. Their professionalism and sincere attitude is probably the main reason we purchased from the Bachrodt dealership. You should be proud to have them working for you. Their follow-up after we purchased the vehicle to ensure every thing was working properly and we understood the different things on the vehicle, such as how to fold down the seats, was excellent. Moving recently into the Rockford Area, I opted for Lou Bachrodt and I can definitely say working with Matt Pease was a much more pleasurable experience. Not only did he throughly answer all of my questions but took me back to the service area to show me what was required. I was surprised at how fast it was in and out of there for just a faulty plastic hose and strut. He did everything possible to present a relaxed and no pressure sales technique. We only buy our vehicles from Lou Bachrodt because of our salesman Joe Luy because he tells us what the price is and there is never any pressure or haggling and after we have purchased the vehicle if we have salesman Joe Luy because he tells us what the price is and there is never any pressure or haggling and after we have purchased the vehicle if we have any kind of problem he is there to help with getting it fixed. Then when we take it to the service dept Courtney Karau is always very helpful and prompt with getting the vehicle's issue taken care of and she calls you as soon as it is fixed.
