I happened to meet Casey Welter at a social event and after talking to her for a while, I was impressed with her knowledge of Volkswagens and promised I happened to meet Casey Welter at a social event and after talking to her for a while, I was impressed with her knowledge of Volkswagens and promised to visit her at the Bachrodt dealership. Casey was aware of my frustration with the mechanical history of my 2010 GMC Terrain, but she did not put any pressure on me as I explored the lot for available VW Passats. After just one test drive, I was ready to trade! Casey put me at ease immediately and took care of all the details in a professional, efficient manner.
