Mr. Boomer64: First, let me appologize for your experience. When dealing with credit recovery programs and individuals who have found themselves in that situation, we never really know what we have until they come in, present their credit information (which we cannot take over the phone), and submit it to our lenders who know have a chance to look at all the information and give us a call or qualify them for credit. We never know from time to time how it will end or what the lenders position will be at any given time. We are optomistic that we can always get something done. Mecie was truthful when she said that she saw people with worse credit get approved with little to no money down. Each individual situation is different, and your presence is required to go through the process. We do and did offer a $250 on-line gift certificate that is managed by one of our credit partners as a bonus, which we did present to you for coming in. Dont know about the itmes values, but the certificate can be used for them. Just follow the process on the certificate to redeem. Also, we do not bait and switch. This is a credit recovery program and we have helped many people get new/newer vehicles at prices and rates that they can affort. Again, we are sorry it did not work for you.
