Amazing Staff at Lou Bachrodt Its been 10 years since we have purchased a new vehicle, and yesterday, my husband and I pulled the trigger and did it again. We were shocked at all the new technology inside the car and quite overwhelmed (being retired). After our amazing deal that J R Henry got for us, and finalizing the paperwork, we had the awesome experience of a tutorial of everything, every button, every function in our new car, by our amazing salesman JR! He is so knowledgable of all the amenities and options offered us, like XM Sirius radio, OnStar, bluetoothing our phones to the car etc. He set this all up for us and gave us the best instructions AND told us to call him for anything, if we get "stuck".....which Im sure we will. Having not purchased a new vehicle in 10 years, we were extremely happy to find that it was an awesome experience and love, love, love our new car and all the awesome extras in it. Its hard getting out of it when we get home....we joked, lets just get a beer and wine cooler and sit here and listen the the XM radio. Thank you JR, for the extra time, energy and friendliness you extended toward us. Youre the best!!! We also had an excellent experience with Jermicia Newsome, she was actually our first contact, as we did so on the internet. She got back to us quickly on all concerns, and pre-approved us for a loan before we even came in. Once we got there, JR introduced us to her, and she was so warm and welcoming. We have never experienced this in a car dealership, it was amazing. Thank you Jermicia!!!! Our final contact was with Ed Sennett, getting our finance and finalizing our deal. Bing, bam, boom....done! He is amazingly efficient and quick and I just couldnt help but cracking up inside at all of his jokes. Thank you Ed Sennett for making our loan deal, quite painless. Worst ever. One of the worst experience I ever had. I was totally lied to and mislead by Macie. I drove over a hour only to be told I would need $1500.00 down when told by Macie "I get people with lower credit scores than yours in a new car for no money down" I called her twice to express my concerns and was told it would be worth my time to come in, it wasn't. I was also told by her I would get a $250.00 gift card for just coming in, another lie you have to go to a Web site and purchase items way over valued, to top it off I was told the general manager was going to work on finance and I would be contacted the following day, this to never happened. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, these "switch and bait" tactics need to stop. More
