Mike Fisher was the best sales consultant I've ever had to deal with and I don't think I'll ever deal with another one as long as Mike is around. I ended up buying 2 brand new cars because Mike's attitude, personality and easy going - no pressure approach. I also had the pleasure of working with Ed in the finance dept. That was a great way to end the experience. His dry sense of humor and quick wit made the whole signing process a lot more entertaining than it should be. I also have to mention JR Henry. We didn’t work directly with JR but he made a point of introducing us and let us know that we can go to him if we need anything and Mike is not around. Buying 2 cars made it a long, long day but it was an enjoyable long day with very little complaining from our kids. I went to several other dealers before stopping into Lou Bachrodt. I knew right away that this would be a different, more positive experience. I love when they call back for a follow up and I get to tell them that I went to Lou Bachrodt and bought 2 new cars. If a certain Ford dealership in Belvidere tells you they can't get you financed for a used car....go to Lou Bachrodt and buy 2 brand new cars from Mike Fisher :-) More

At the time they did not have anything in her price range on the lot. However a little over a week Dale called with what he thought was a great vehicle and within her price range. When I brought her back out, the 2002 Ford Explorer was more than we both expected. This vehicle was in close to showroom condition with very low miles. They did run the vin# through the internet and found no major service problems or accidents, she purchased the car that day. I know some dealers only like to work with newer vehicles, but in this case he was all about getting her in a decent used vehicle. Dale was easy to work with and if he says he is going to keep an eye out for you, he will. He is a good family oriented person and really works hard for his customers.
