So great, I leased two! I began my search for a new BMW online. Living in the Chicago area, I had many to choose from, Perillo, Patrick, Fields, Bill Jacobs and Elmhurst. Perhaps it's the sheer volume of customers at the above mentioned but I found Lou Bachrodt to be more responsive, better pricing and probably the best car buying experience I ever had. Josh Schneider was very thorough , polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable about BMW. He is a great ambassador for the BMW brand. It's 60 miles from Chicago, but well worth the drive. What I liked most, as a busy professional I don't have the time to drive all over to sit in dealerships to barter back and forth. In fact, the Lou Bachrodt website had their inventory with lots of pics and info on each vehicle, the deal was pretty much done over the phone. I drove up, test drove the BMW Gran Turismo while finance ran my credit. While I signed the lease paperwork, the vehicle was being prepped for delivery. A week later I returned for the Encore service. We decided to turn in our Audi Q5 lease and purchased another vehicle from Josh. This time we went with an X3. Once again, great service.
