I was extremely disappointed in lou bachrodt car services had they kept me updated about keeping my car I would have rented a car. My grandson is in the hospital. And it wasn't until after 5pm that I was i had they kept me updated about keeping my car I would have rented a car. My grandson is in the hospital. And it wasn't until after 5pm that I was informed.That they would have to keep my car another day. I am a faithful customer, I brought my car them. I will be considering my taking my business elsewhere. More

I have always had good service for my car. Your advertisement stated you take compeditors coupons for oil changes. I brought in one I had just received in the mail for $34.95. He said we can't Your advertisement stated you take compeditors coupons for oil changes. I brought in one I had just received in the mail for $34.95. He said we can't do that and was going to throw it away. I said I would take it. He also said I needed a flush which maybe I did and he said he gave me a deal on oil change which at the time I thought it was the best price for 1 oil change. So I was charged for 3 oil changes and the flush and finally left 2 hours and 20 min. later. On that day I was disstracted making funeral plans for my father otherwise would have questioned the charges. So do you not honor coupons or was it a not honored because it was a good price? More
