Excelente servicio de Irving Perez. Cuando pensé que todo estaba perdido no era así, llegue a este dealer para cambiar mi carro el cual pensé que sería imposible porque aún debía suficiente. Pensé que mi pago sería de 600 dólares por que era un mustang y cuando pusieron mi crédito y el interés bajo de lost for less el Pago bajo 200 daleres. Es un poco doloroso pensar que pagarás 600 dólares y al final pagar mucho menos, por eso te digo ve y habla con Irving. Gracias a Irving Perez nuevamente y a su equipo de trabajo. Worst experience ever! I was in the middle of getting all the paperwork together as I had told the salesman I wanted to buy this particular vehicle. He told me he needed proof from my credit union that all the paperwork together as I had told the salesman I wanted to buy this particular vehicle. He told me he needed proof from my credit union that my loan was approved. I was all approved for the loan and just waiting for my credit union to send me this in writing to provide to the salesman. Within an hour while waiting for that to come through they sold the vehicle to someone else. Since I had told them I wanted to buy this vehicle the day before don’t you think they should have marked this as pending sale or something so it wasn’t sold to someone else? By the way I wouldn’t have given any stars but it is required to do when doing this review. More
