I was pleased with my last visit (on a Thursday). I felt like I and my car received more attention than previous visits. The service advisor gave me at least three updates. Once the wheel alignment a I felt like I and my car received more attention than previous visits. The service advisor gave me at least three updates. Once the wheel alignment and MTI were done, I got my Venza back very shiny and "new" looking. They also vacuumed the car which was unexpected. Thank you for complimentary car wash and vacuum. More

Maybe a little over an hr, then got a text discussing a few more issues found. Once I completed the text I guess I'm put back in line for that work I had agreed to. Radiator flush, cabin air filter took 1.5 hrs. Maybe it takes that long, but if waiting on it.....seems much longer. Arrived 1:45 and left by 4:40. Good they are busy. More
I made an appointment online for Monday. I showed up and you were closed (Memorial day). My next day scheduled oil change took nearly 2 hours. Your $7/10% off my oil change didn’t make up for my loss of time. You don’t print out anything describing the finding of your “multi-point” inspections. My tires were over inflated. Not interested in returning. I’ve been using Autonation in Austin for years and will return despite being a Cedar Creek resident. The woman I checked in with was great though. More

Good just did not get my little sticky that told me when to take it back And I was under the impression that every time the car went in for oil change it would get all the fluids checked or at least asked to take it back And I was under the impression that every time the car went in for oil change it would get all the fluids checked or at least asked if I needed it to be done Also, I had to retake it back in for Freon and I thought it was going in for just diagnostic first, but they went ahead and put the Freon in which it needed without letting me know the total prior When I was talking to the gentleman explained everything to me and I said well let’s just do it and I guess when I said that he meant just fix it mistake but then I did not get my little sticker, but let me know when my car is due for another oil change And I asked the person that I spoke to when I scheduled the appointment to please put that on there he said he put it in the notes but the gentleman who helped me said I don’t know what they do back there. I just know what I have in font of me . Nice but he didn’t go the extra mile for me More
This was our first oil change for the car that we recently purchased from Lost Pines. We had a great experience with the purchase of our vehicle so despite being 45-50 minutes from where we live, I recently purchased from Lost Pines. We had a great experience with the purchase of our vehicle so despite being 45-50 minutes from where we live, I decided to make an appt for an oil change with Lost Pines. Our appt was scheduled at 9 am for the oil change and tire rotation. At 10:25 am, I went to the service desk to check when my car would be ready. Standing there I could see my car parked to the side behind the service area already done. I’m used to oil changes and tire orations taking 30-45 minutes. It took an hour and a half to get my car. No one came to us to let us know that they were short handed and that it may take longer. If that had been the case, I would have rescheduled. I firmly believe if I haven’t went to check on the car, we would have been there for over 2 hours. Communication would have been helpful! Very disappointed! More

I want to know why if I schedule an appointment for service that I don’t get seen till an hour and a half after my appointment every time it’s like this and I just don’t understand. People will show up and cut in front of me, but I have an appointment with that and that doesn’t matter. Then my truck was done for 45 minutes parked outside. Nobody came and got me. I had to go to the front desk and they said oh yeah it’s ready. The service at the front is awful. The people in the back are great. More
