I bought my car from Lost Pines Toyota and recently got an oil change there at their service center. I had to wait 1 hour 40 min which is almost too long of a wait. I did get an appointment right away tho an oil change there at their service center. I had to wait 1 hour 40 min which is almost too long of a wait. I did get an appointment right away though so I expected to have to wait. There were no discounts either for the oil change. I had cars before were I received a discount. I had to take the car to the dealership's service center where I bought the car, but at least I got a discount. Service people were nice and polite though and apologized for the longer wait. More
I was in Bastrop and called if could do a oil change and tire rotation.. They had a appointment in my time slot.. The receiving area at 10:am was extremely .. Got to me immediately…. within 30 minutes I r tire rotation.. They had a appointment in my time slot.. The receiving area at 10:am was extremely .. I was greeted by Doc. I explained that I had an appointment for an alignment. He asked if I was waiting or leaving the car. I was waiting. Dropped my Toyota Corolla off with a service rep to reinstall a part that fell out of the mirror case on the windshield, fix rear speakers as they were not audible even when balance is all the way to reinstall a part that fell out of the mirror case on the windshield, fix rear speakers as they were not audible even when balance is all the way to rear, and fix intermittent connectivity problem with USB ports. Three days later I call to find out status of my repair and am told that service rep was no longer with the company and a new service rep will be assigned. Talked to new rep named John, who said he would check into my car and call me right back. called him 3 days later and his response was "sorry, let me check into your car status and call you right back" Crickets for days again. Called to check on my car on day 10 and John was off that day so no updates to report. Called on day 11 and told John I was coming to get my car. Results are, part that fell out was not reinstalled and is now missing from the car (NO REPAIR). Toyota designed the sound system so that the rear speakers are purposely inaudible (NO REPAIR) and I should buy new phones and try them with USB ports the car. (NO REPAIR). If I could give them no stars I would. More
