Thid has been the worst experience i’ve had. I’ve taken my car to be serviced at lost pines 2x already but the most recent one topped it off. My advisor was not only a bit rude but towards the e I’ve taken my car to be serviced at lost pines 2x already but the most recent one topped it off. My advisor was not only a bit rude but towards the end he just handed me the key and told me to go that he would “figure” out the paper work afterwards. I went to my car and it still had the flag that they put on the window…. I asked a guy walking by what I could with it and he just said he would take it and apologized for the other guy. My recent visit to Lost Pines Toyota went very well. Mr. Cooke - the Service Director, took care of me and made sure his staff took care of me. He was very friendly and helpful. I had made an appointment and arrived at exactly the time of the appointment. I was greeted immediately and with courtesy. So far service at Lost Pines Toyota has been very good. Although I have a Chevy, I prefer their service processes and waiting area to that of the Chevrolet dealership in our area. I was very disappointed with the time it took to get the maintenance done on my vehicle (over 4 1/2 hours). Even though I had pre arranged an 11:00 am appointment on the previous day, it appeared to me tha maintenance done on my vehicle (over 4 1/2 hours). Even though I had pre arranged an 11:00 am appointment on the previous day, it appeared to me that my car sat outside the shop for at least an hour or more before it was moved into the shop and anything was done. In my opinion, when an appointment is prearranged, work on the vehicle should start shortly after the scheduled appointment time. In addition, after I arrived several maintenance items were added to the work I was told was recommended for my 70,000 mile pm when I made the appointment. More
