Best experience EVER!! I started my search maybe about 2 months ago looking for the right car to replace my leased vehicle. I finally found the truck I had been searching fo I started my search maybe about 2 months ago looking for the right car to replace my leased vehicle. I finally found the truck I had been searching for at Toyota of Lost pines and boy and I glad I did. I sent in an online inquiry asking if they still had the truck in inventory as I live 100 miles away and couldn't just go up there to look at it. I quickly got a response from Trey, calling me to introduce himself and telling me all I needed to know about the truck. He even went and took detailed photos of the truck so I knew exactly what I was getting before I made the trip. Trey's awesome customer service and transparency convinced me to put a deposit on the truck and make the 100+mile drive to go see him. Best decision ever! I arrive at the dealership and quickly greeted by the front desk, then Trey shortly after. He showed me right to the truck that we have been talking about and it was exactly what he told me it was and even better!! We take it for a quick test drive and he tells me again everything I need to know about the truck. We go in, get my car appraised and after getting a stellar deal, I decide this is the one. Not long after I was moving things from my old car to my new Tacoma! I couldn't have asked for a Better, hassle-free, easy and honest buying experience! Definitely TOP NOTCH! Trey, thank you for all your work and I will definitely make the drive again when I'm back in the market! More

Scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle (low priced) for a special use, was led to vehicle by salesperson who opened all doors started it up showed us features and when I asked to test drive I was told "I think it's sold" after over 30 minutes of "checking" his "sales manager" came and told us it had been sold the previous night, when my husband showed his irritation at being given the run around the manager just walked off. I can guarantee when we are in the market for an everyday high dollar vehicle we will definitely NOT go back to this place! More

I also needed a transmission fluid change and he knew his stuff and told me it took a special trans fluid and he would have to order it and get it brought over. He kept me informed about the progress and took care of everything I needed. Also he let me know of some issues I need to get looked at in the future. He got me out of there quickly and was a good guy through all of it. Will definitely be returning. More

In and out Took my wife's van in for service this morning and was very happy with the service. They finished my oil change and vacuumed the front of my wife's van. I was done in 45 min. I wish I could do that when I take my new chevy Colorado to get service. It took me 2.5 hrs last time. Thanks Toyota service now I can enjoy my day off. More
