Trey Mattox even took the time and rode with me on the test drive explaining some of the many features of the 2015 Silverado I bought that same day. The paper work went smooth... Out of Town. Needed Help. Found None Here. Family and I were traveling through Bastrop while headed out on vacation. I had trouble with my truck and stopped in to see about help. I drive an old Family and I were traveling through Bastrop while headed out on vacation. I had trouble with my truck and stopped in to see about help. I drive an older, classic, Land Cruiser (one of several Toyotas I own and have owned). The service department wouldn't even take a look to see if they could help or get us back on the road, they just said it would take too long and they probably couldn't help. I went to another Toyota dealership who was very helpful and they got the problem fixed within the day. Poor service, especially to a loyal Toyota owner. More
